Cancellation Policy
Lesson Terms & Cancellation Policy I agree to give at least a 8 hour notice if I need to cancel my child’s (or my own) lesson. If I do not, then I understand that the scheduled lesson counts towards one of my monthly sessions and any traveling expenses if the instructor traveled to the lesson. The exceptions to the above are as follows, contagious sickness, death in the family, previously agreed upon circumstances and communication. I agree to pay for additional needed supplies outside of the original folder and notebook such as books, theory, piano, and piano tuning, DAW, etc. I understand that this is a reoccurring weekly or monthly charge when signing up for autopay. If the instructor is coming to me, I agree to have a distraction free and clean area for the lesson to take place. If the instructor is coming to me, I agree to pay $0.67 per mile to my location. I consent to have my and/or my child(ren) content be used for Brandie B Writes Songs business marketing. Please Note: Violations of this contract can result in termination of services with Brandie B Writes Songs LLC.
